- Call your Customer Success Manager directly — do not wait on the ticket queue.
- Escalate to PowerSchool Security at security@powerschool.com with district BEDS / NCES code.
- Notify your state SIS coordinator the same day.

- Most PowerSchool MSAs include a 72-hour breach-notification clause to the district.
- Confirm whether your district holds the SOPPA / NY Ed Law 2-d supplementary data privacy agreement.
